Unter der Tertiärstruktur versteht

Unter der Tertiärstruktur versteht man die Wollknäuelstruktur oder Globulärstruktur der Proteine. Dies ist die typische Struktur eines großen Teils der Proteine in der Zelle wie z. B. der Enzyme.
