Belajar dan Pembelajaran Sosiologi, merupakan salah satu komponen kelompok Mata Kuliah Keahlian Profesi di lingkungan Program studi Pendidikan Sosiologi FPIPS UPI, yang bertujuan membina mahasiswa calon guru Sosiologi yang kompeten dan profesional dalam penguasaan konsep belajar dan pembelajaran serta mampu merencanakan proses pembelajaran Sosiologi, yakni calon guru yang menguasai materi pembelajaran Sosiologi, memahami peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran yang mendidik serta memiliki kepribadian dan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan. Melalui kegiatan perkuliahan ini, diharapkan para mahasiswa calon guru bukan hanya menguasai masalah teoritis tentang konsep dan pembelajaran Sosiologi melainkan mereka pun memiliki pengalaman praktis. Penerapan model pembelajaran Portofolio dalam Mata Kuliah ini, salah satunya bertujuan menumbuhkembangkan kepedulian sosial mahasiswa.

The application of model Portfolio learning in this subject, one of which aims to menumbuhkembangkan social care students.
