Attitude Towards Students
Preconception: If a teacher expects students to behave in a certain manner then it may become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Prejudice means to pre-judge a person because of race, social class, gender, ethnicity, homelessness, age, disability, obesity, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics. The good teacher must not pre-judge a student.
Students are quick to perceive any difference in the way the teacher treats them.
