ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ( descriptive statistics ) มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป เช่น อายุ ตำแหน่ง เพศ อายุงาน ของบุคลากรฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียนส โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ และร้อยละ
2. ระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน โดยคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแปลผลค่าเฉลี่ยระดับการทำงานเป็นทีม
3. บอกระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (independent t-test)
