Trong trường hợp không đạt được thoả thuận giữa các bên, việc giải quyết tranh chấp thông qua hoà giải, Trọng tài hoặc Toà án kinh tế TP.HCM giải quyết. Mọi phán xét của Toà án kinh tế TP.HCM là điều bắt buộc thi hành đối với cả 2 bên.
