As shown in table 1, all variables in the study had a positive correlation between .37
and .73, and all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant at .01 level.
Mean scores were mostly high, especially the variable of psychological empowerment
of which maximum value was 4.17. It was also found that all variables had a good
reliability of measurements between .88 and .97 (see in diagonal of table 1).
