นกเจ้าฟ้าหญิงสิรินธร หรือ นกนางแอ่นตาพอง (อังกฤษ: White-eyed River-Martin, ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Pseudochelidon sirintarae หรือ Eurochelidon sirintarae) เป็นนกจับคอนหนึ่งในสองชนิดของสกุลนกนางแอ่นแม่น้ำในวงศ์นกนางแอ่น พบบริเวณบึงบอระเพ็ดในช่วงฤดูหนาวเพียงแห่งเดียวในโลก แต่อาจสูญพันธุ์ไปแล้วตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2523

นกเจ้าฟ้าหญิงสิรินธรเป็นนกนางแอ่นขนาดกลาง มีสีดำออกเขียวเหลือบ ตะโพกขาว หางมีขนคู่กลางมีแกนยื่นออกมาเป็นเส้นเรียวแผ่ตรงปลาย วงรอบตาสีขาวหนา ปากสีเหลืองสดออกเขียว ทั้งสองเพศมีลักษณะคล้ายกัน แต่นกวัยอ่อนไม่ขนหางคู่กลางมีแกนยื่นออกมา สีขนออกสีน้ำตาลมากกว่านกโตเต็มวัย พฤติกรรมเป็นที่ทราบน้อยมากรวมถึงแหล่งผสมพันธุ์วางไข่ คาดว่าเหมือนนกนางแอ่นชนิดอื่นที่บินจับแมลงกินกลางอากาศ และเกาะคอนนอนตามพืชน้ำในฤดูหนาว
