นายสมพงษ์ กังสวิวัฒน์ ประธานฯ ได้ชี้แจงว่าในการลงทุนทางด้านโรงไฟฟ้าจากการแปรรูปขยะในจังหวัดพะเยาและจังหวัดอื่นๆ อีก 3 จังหวัด คาดว่าการรับรู้รายได้ไม่น่าจะเกิดขึ้นในปี 2558 เนื่องจากระยะเวลาการก่อสร้างจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 18 เดือนนับจากวันอนุมัติการลงทุน ในส่วนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ที่เป็นส่วนของสหกรณ์ชุมชนและโครงการที่อยู่ระหว่างการอนุมัติ หากใบอนุญาต PPA ได้รับอนุมัติและกำหนดจ่ายไฟฟ้า หรือ COD เป็นไปตามกำหนดการเดิม คือ ภายในปี 2558 แต่ในปัจจุบัน เงื่อนไขดังกล่าวยังมีผ่านการอนุมัติ จึงเห็นได้ว่าการรับรู้รายได้จะไม่เกิดขึ้นภายในปี 2558 แน่นอน
