​จากข้อมูลกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติฯ และกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า พบว่า เคยมีการสำรวจร้านค้าที่จดทะเบียนขออนุญาตทั่วประเทศ มีทั้งสิ้น 230 ราย แต่ในเขต กทม. พบว่า มีร้านค้าที่ยังไม่ได้จดทะเบียน ทั้งสิ้น 76 ราย ซึ่งทางกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า ได้มาสำรวจและแจ้งเตือนไว้แล้วเมื่อห้วงระหว่างวันที่ 5-9 พฤศจิกายน 2557 และหากครบกำหนด 30 วัน (10 ธ.ค.57) แล้วยังไม่จดทะเบียนฯจะมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน 2,000 บาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละ 100 บาทจนกว่าจะได้จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์ตามมาตรา 19 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติทะเบียนพาณิชย์ พ.ศ. 2499 รวมทั้งหากไม่จัดทำบัญชีสินค้า จะมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน 30,000 บาท และปรับเป็นรายวันอีกไม่เกินวันละ 1,000 บาท จนกว่าจะปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง ตามมาตรา 28 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการบัญชี พ.ศ. 2543
