• Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng chấm dứ

• Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng chấm dứt do yêu cầu đơn phương từ một trong hai Bên thì Bên yêu cầu hủy Hợp đồng phải có trách nhiệm báo trước bằng văn bản cho Bên còn lại trước một tháng. Khi đó Bên yêu cầu hủy Hợp đồng sẽ phải bồi thường tất cả chi phí đã thực hiện công việc của Bên còn lại.
