Agriculture in developing countries and countries with economies in transition, may suffer particularly badly during the structuring of the global economy in the framework of the activities of the WTO. Actual for Kazakhstan accelerated liberalization of the market of agricultural products and the removal of restrictions of imports, together with a reduction in government subsidies supporting domestic agricultural production will be affected negatively, and will have adverse environmental consequences. Especially they will appear if the preparation of Kazakhstan to the WTO accession will not be attracted to regions, and they will not be able to properly prepare for the post-the effects of policy decisions. In addition, the "negotiation" on the amount of retained State grant-in-aid from the agrarian sector of Kazakhstan has a direct relation to the problems of nature protection, since public support depends on the preservation of the ecology of agricultural production, the development of research on Agroecology and introduction of environmentally sound technologies
